Refund Policy:
Consulting Services: We strive to deliver high-quality consulting services tailored to meet your business needs. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a full refund of any unused portion of your payment, subject to the following conditions:
a. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the service delivery date.
b. The refund request must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction.
c. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.
d. Any expenses incurred by Mahima Roadlines in delivering the services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Training Programs and Workshops: For training programs and workshops, refunds may be provided based on the following conditions:
a. Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the program or workshop.
b. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the proximity to the start date of the program or workshop.
c. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.
Cancellation Policy:
Consulting Services: If you wish to cancel a consulting service after it has been scheduled, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Training Programs and Workshops: If you need to cancel your participation in a training program or workshop, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may result in forfeiture of the registration fee or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Exceptions:
Our refund and cancellation policy may be subject to exceptions in cases of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies. We will review such cases on an individual basis and strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
